Nowadays all around the world there is a crisis of some kind. There is no safehaven from the climate change, even if some parts are not hit directly by wildfires, floods or drought, the effects on the global markets are becoming visible. 

We are being bomarded with images of the world on fire and there is this feeling of a noose getting tighter around our necks. Many countries struggle with some form of social unrest. 

It is almost impossible to cut ourselves away from the media, and while they contribute to fueling the feeling of anxiety, they also provide an escape. To soothen the mind and cancel the ringing noise with some comforting cotton candy we bingewatch movies and series, listen to podcasts and frantically browse social media.

Sometimes it seems to be an unescapable loop.
